First, our BioTrauma Solutions team fully removes any contamination and takes care of the disposal. Next, the location is deep-cleaned and sanitized. We provide professional property, furniture, junk & garbage removal services. We can help with a simple eviction, or a full-on hoard. Hoarding messes can be logistically and emotionally challenging to clean-up, and often pose risks associated with dust and disease. Let us take care of the dirty work.
We will not perform the eviction itself; when the jobsite is safe, we will commence removal of all specified items. Please have all individuals removed from the location prior.
Yes, there exists a greater risk of contracting hantavirus from improperly disposed of garbage and junk, as rodents can sneak in and nest within these locations and breed out. It's also possible to contract lung ailments and blood pathogens from handling trash material, including tetanis.
It's assumed that all remaining valuables have been removed from the location prior to the SCS BioTrauma Solutions team arriving on site. An appropriate sized trash removal unit will be obtained to transport the removed materials from the site to a proper disposal site.
We're fully capable of rebuilding the location exactly to your specifications. This is commonly asked of us in preparation for a sale or to turn over a dwelling to a new tenant. We also see barns and storage units with a family of raccoons living inside. If you find them, give us a call.
We'll first work with the appropriate organizations and authorities to take care of the animals on site. Pet waste is then delt with per standard procedure, and the site is returned to normal standards.
After an antimicrobial fogging sanitization treatment, the disinfected space will be ready for occupancy in as little as 15 minutes. The application of the fog will have killed all viruses and bacteria by that time.

In the case of a vacation rental Our BnB Trash™ Service professionals show up on time, the day of your trash service, to bring your trash cans to the curb. Vacation rental guests do not appreciate being asked to take their trash out, and it can accumulate quickly.
Apartment and condo residents enrolled in the BnB Trash™ Service will be scheduled with the other residents on their floor for a weekly or bi-weekly trash pickup service. We will dispose of the trash left outside your door so you don't have to.

We will only dispose of your normally allocated amount of trash with an authorized service you have already established. You'll keep your previous trash provider, and we'll take the can to the curb on their schedule. Heavy trash days will incur a handling fee.
